CVOR - Open Heart Registered Nurse - RN

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Position Overview:

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Registered Nurse - RN CVOR | Registered Nurse - RN in Kissimmee, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

1 year of Open Heart CVOR RN experience in an Acute Care environment required!
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
BSN is preferred
BLS ACLS PALS AHA Healthcare provider required
CNOR preferred

Salary Range: 31.84- 46.26 17 years of experience. On call pay: 4 Shift Differentials: 4.50 for nights 1.50 weekend diff and 1.50 for having a national certification
