Neurology Registered Nurse (RN)

Days or Nights | Full-Time

Shifts Available:

• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with nursing best practices.
• Assess patient conditions at admission and during each shift, reporting status changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and take action as needed.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, medications, treatments, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure complete, timely documentation using EHR systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 4 years)
• Current RN license (Florida or Compact)
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive base salary based on experience (up to $43.20/hr)
• Shift Differentials: $4.25/night | $3.00/weekend
• Sign-On Bonus: $15K (Days) | $25K (Nights)
